RUHU PRAISE & PRAYER HIGHLIGHTS

from RUHU Executive Director William

Dear Donors, Sponsors, Partners, Friends, Beneficiaries, and Supporters, we extend our deepest gratitude for your unwavering commitment to our mission.

PRAISE – We give praise for…

Amidst all challenges, we have managed to officially open classes for the first quarter of the Vocational Institute. We found a supplier who provided the starting equipment on credit, and classes are moving on as teachers and facilitators have agreed to work to see the success of the institute. We managed to start with the following courses: hair and beauty, welding and fabrication, tailoring, computer repair and maintenance.

As if not enough, the finishing phase of the construction of the boy’s dormitory can’t be passed by. It’s a great project that has made everyone excited, especially the students. It’s a great achievement for the organization and RUHU Secondary at large. The boys have moved from the dining hall/kitchen to their new dormitory. This is great news because the dormitory is blessed with enough space.

This month, we thank God for the group of medical volunteers from the United States that God has blessed us with. The volunteers served in our communities, visited RUHU programs, and served over 1,500 patients through medical care in different vulnerable and poor communities of Uganda that cannot receive medical services. Thanks for making a positive impact and difference in our communities.

PRAYER – We ask for prayers for…

We seek God’s favor for RUHU’s mission and goals to be achieved. We pray for the programs to be impactful and to bring about lasting change. We pray and seek God’s provision for the RUHU’s financial needs. We pray for wisdom and unity for the team and leadership. We pray for divine wisdom and guidance and ask for God’s guidance on decisions and direction.

We are also praying that God provides funds for the construction, capital investments, and equipment to fully start the Vocational Institute.

We pray for the fundraising campaigns to be successful with Beautiful Response and other fundraising events, and we pray that December activities and the Christmas party for the slums are funded and successful.”
